Boni has got a very sad story of coming to our home. I saw a notice on the Internet that a golden retriever was given as a present otherwise it would be sent to sleep. So we decided to take a shelter for this bitch and we haven’t regretted since then.
Boni arrived in September when it was already wet. We got ready for our first walk. I took out a golden retriever, but came back with a soaking wet dirty flatcoated bitch with happy glowing eyes. That was the moment we became friends. With a fear in her eyes Boni was trying to find shelter next to me, to hear a kind word and get something tasty, a friendly tap on the shoulder or a feeling of safety. Every sound scared her but soon Boni got used to a new welcoming home. Finally she has found her home where she is loved and can feel safe, where she has got friends for running outside or playing and a loyal friend Ota for various crazy games and many billets in the woodshed. Boni may carry billets all the day long.
It is an especially good-tempered, very active, joyful and friendly bitch. Boni is a real “ball of energy” and the “big mother” for our daughter Urte and golden retriever Ota. Every day proves us that we made a right decision giving a chance for Boni to join our family.
